F*** this view!

We said yes! No, he didn't ask me to marry him. We made even more awesome decision. We decided to go to work and travel around the world. For nobody knows how long. For the first time without a time limit, deadlines and no destination plan. We are just going, with the flow. And please don’t ask when are we coming back, because we don’t know.

I’m living and working in Berlin since September 2015. One week after my graduation in Ljubljana I packed my staff and moved (I strongly believe) to the craziest and most excited city ever. It was the biggest and the best step out of the comfort zone until now. New country, new language, new people and FIRST job. The only thing that wasn’t new was my Mario, who was going through the same “life transformation” as I was. We have changed our lifestyle from “Shall we go on the road trip to Croatia, or rather to Italy or both? We have plenty of time.” to “Oh shit, we need to work more than 2000 hours per year and pack all our holiday plans in just 25 days”. Anyway, taking all the responsibility of a grown up person with 23 was definitely a brave decision we were proud of. At the same time I knew that it is fine for now, but sooner or later I will want this freedom back. And I was right.

If I think for a second, I’m standing in the middle of Berlin with the same shoes as in Ljubljana in September 2015 - getting ready to step even further out of the comfort zone. This time with less responsibility and the 8760 free hours in a year. Hell yeah!
